- Random fact: She was in New Zealand during the filming of The Lord of the Rings and even got to see the set for The Shire!

Joe – Service Advisor & Strike Specialist
Say hello to Joe, one of the friendly faces you'll see at the front desk! With 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Joe joined our team in April 2025 and has been helping keep things running smoothly ever since.

Rich – Master Technician
Meet Rich, one of our expert technicians whose skills and experience help keep our shop running smoothly every day. With 38 years in the auto repair industry, Rich brings a level of knowledge and dedication that’s hard to match. He’s been a valued member of our team since May 2007, and we’re lucky to have him!
What Rich Loves About His Work:
Rich’s favorite part of the job is
solving problems and helping people. Whether it’s diagnosing a tricky issue or making sure a customer gets safely back on the road, Rich takes pride in getting it done right.

- Hobby: Hitting the open road on his motorcycle
- Claim to Fame: In 1996, Rich was a finalist in the Nissan North America Technician Trouble Shooting Contest—a testament to his top-tier technical skills!

Ed – Technician with a Mind for the Unexpected
Meet Ed, one of the newest additions to our team—but no stranger to the industry! With 8+ years of experience in auto repair, Ed joined us in May 2024 and has quickly become a valuable part of the crew.

Ed’s favorite part of the job?
Getting to work on cars he’d never buy himself! Every day brings something new, and he enjoys checking out the wide variety of vehicles that come through the shop.

Skyler - Technician & Off-Road Enthusiast
Meet Skyler, one of our skilled technicians who’s been turning wrenches and tackling tough jobs in the auto repair industry for 6 years. He joined our team in July 2022 and has been a key player ever since!

Tyler – Technician on the Rise
Say hello to Tyler, one of the newest members of our team and already making a big impact in the shop! Tyler has been in the auto repair industry for 2 years and joined us in 2023. With a passion for all things automotive, he’s quickly become a go-to guy for getting the job done.
